(1) The utility shall use the applicable provisions in the publications listed below as standards of accepted good practice:
(a)
National Electrical Safety Code, latest edition.
(b) National Electrical Code, latest
edition.
(c) American Standard Code
for Electricity Meters, ASA C-12.1, latest edition.
(d) American Standard Requirements,
Terminology and Test Code for Instrument Transformers, ASA C57.1 3 latest
edition.
