Section 0800-11-01-.01 - MEETINGS OF THE BOARD OF REVIEW

Current through September 24, 2024

(1) The Board of Review shall meet in regular session one or more times each calendar month.

(2) The Chairperson shall fix the date and place of such meeting as business of the Board requires.

(3) The Board will continue in session so long as there is any business to transact. The Chairperson of the Board of Review may call the Board to continue in session at any time when in the Chairperson's opinion such meeting may be necessary.

(4) In case the Chairperson refuses or fails to call a meeting of the Board of Review, upon written application by a quorum of the members, such quorum can issue the call.

(5) All sessions of the Board of Review shall be held at the place and time designated in the call. The Board of Review may hold sessions in any part of the State where the business of the Board is located.
