Section 0800-03-04-.22 - INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

(1) Each owner shall operate an amusement device only if the owner:
(a) Has obtained an insurance policy issued
by an insurance company authorized to do business in the state in an amount not
less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence, insuring the owner
or managing operator against liability for bodily injury and property damage
arising from the use of the amusement device; and
(b) Has furnished to the Department a copy of
the insurance policy prior to the issuance of an annual permit.
