Section 0780-01-72-.23 - NONDISCRIMINATION

A licensee shall not unfairly discriminate against any consumer or customer because that consumer or customer has opted out from the disclosure of his or her nonpublic personal information pursuant to the provisions of these regulations. Nothing in this section shall prohibit licensees from engaging in their appropriate or acceptable methods for insurance underwriting.
