Section 0780-01-32-.05 - OTHER PURCHASES OF EXCHANGE-TRADED CALL OPTIONS

Pursuant to and subject to the limitations of T.C.A. 56-306, any domestic insurance company can also purchase exchange-traded call options, on an exchange but not otherwise, in other than closing purchase transactions, covering shares of underlying stock in which it is authorized to invest its funds. Purchase of stock resulting from the exercise of any such options by any domestic insurance company shall comply with and be subject to the provisions of T. C.A. 56-3-302, 56-3303 and 56-3-304.
