Section 0770-04-02-.13 - DEFAULT UNDER MORTGAGE

Mortgage held as security for loans made under these regulations which are in default may be foreclosed by the Agency or lender according to the terms of the deed of trust by advertisement and public sale as for foreclosures in private transactions or in the manner as provided by law. The Agency or lender is authorized to take title in its name upon foreclosure and to subsequently convey title to such property to bonafide purchasers thereof.
