(1) A Family receiving housing assistance under this Program must fulfill all of its obligations under the I-ease with the Owner and the Statement of Family Responsibility. Failure of the Family to meet its responsibilities under the Lease or Statement of Family Responsibility may be grounds for termination of assistance by the Agency. Should the Agency determine to terminate assistance to the Family, provisions of rules for hearings under the Existing Housing regulations shall apply (0770-1-5-.39).
