Section 0680-01-.06 - REINSTATEMENT OF INVALID LICENSE

(1) After a license has been expired seven (7) calendar days the holder thereof must comply with the following requirements:
(a) Expired
(one-twelve months) - a ten percent (10%) penalty fee will be assessed each
month to the renewal fee, up to twice the normal fee;
(b) Expired more than one (1) year - follow
new application requirements.
