Section 0465-02-05-.11 - NON-RESIDENTIAL LICENSEES SERVING PERSONS WITH HEARING LOSS

Non-residential licensees which serve persons supported with hearing loss must ensure that the means of notifying the person supported, which may include personal contact by staff, is consistent, is always available, and has the approval of the Office of Licensure.
