Chapter 0460-01 - General Rules
Section 0460-01-.07 - WORKING INTERVIEWS

(1) A dentist shall not conduct employment interviews with dentists, dental hygienists or dental assistants that include any patient care unless the dentist visually inspects and verifies the dentist's, dental hygienist's or dental assistant's current and unrestricted authorization to practice their profession in Tennessee.

(2) A licensee's failure to comply with the provisions of this rule shall constitute unprofessional conduct and subject the licensee to disciplinary action pursuant to Rule 0460-01-.06.

(3) An applicant's failure to comply with the provisions of this rule shall constitute unprofessional conduct and subject the applicant to licensure denial pursuant to Rule 0460-01-.04.
