Section 0400-45-01-.25 - VOLATILE ORGANIC CHEMICALS

Current through September 24, 2024

(1) The maximum contaminant levels for Volatile Organic Chemicals (VOC) set forth in subparagraphs (2)(a) through (h) of this rule became effective on January 9, 1989. The maximum contaminant levels set forth in 0400-45-01-.25(i) through (r) became effective October 8, 1992. The maximum contaminant levels set forth in subparagraphs (2)(r) through (u) of this rule shall become effective January 17, 1994 or the effective date of these rules whichever is earlier.

(2) Volatile Organic Chemicals in community water systems and non-transient non-community water systems shall not exceed any of the following maximum contaminant levels as determined by the sampling and analytical requirements of Rule 0400-45-01-.26.
