Section 0400-07-01-.01 - CONFIDENTIALITY OF CERTAIN FEDERAL MINERAL RECORDS PROVIDED TO THE STATE

The state shall maintain the confidentiality of all federal mineral and mineral production records provided to the State if the records are required to be kept confidential pursuant to the National Materials Policy Research and Development Act of 1980 ( Public Law 96-479)
