There shall be no removal of any archaeological materials, artifacts, or other related objects from an Archaeological Area. Collecting of artifacts will not be permitted unless authorized by the State Archaeologist through the issuance of a permit. No natural or man-made object or feature that could endanger or detract from the archaeological characteristics of the Archaeological Area may be introduced to the area without approval of the State Archaeologist.
