There may be an interpretive program within each natural area for the orientation, education, and guidance of visitors. Exhibits, programs, and printed materials as well as guide service, interpretive programs, and labeled nature trails may be provided within the natural area. The overall interpretive program shall conform to the criteria in the management plan and to such additional general or special rules as the Commissioner may establish.
