(1) Supervision of Interns.
(a) Intern supervision is for the
purpose of training or teaching, by a supervisor who monitors the performance
of an individual. For supervising Interns, the supervisor is required to be
physically on site at all times during Intern supervision.
(b) The Intern supervisor must provide
regular documented face-to-face guidance and instructions with respect to the
skills and competencies of the person supervised.
(c) Intern supervision may be performed by a
Physician or a certified chiropractic x-ray technologist.
(d) A supervisor who is a chiropractic x-ray
technologist must have been certified for a minimum of two (2) years prior to
performing supervision duties.
