(1) Any maternity home which operates a family boarding home as part of its program shall be responsible for determining that the facility is in compliance with the applicable standards promulgated and adopted by the department.
(2) Records shall be kept on each family boarding home operated by the agency. These records shall contain:
(a) Material relevant to health and fire
safety inspection by the agency staff person responsible for inspection when a
government agency does not provide inspection.
(b) Narrative recording which shows that the
standards have been officially reviewed and that requirements are being met at
the facility. The recording shall reflect at least an annual review of
standards.
