(1) As used in this chapter:
(a) "Principal" means an architect, engineer
or landscape architect registered in this state who has the authority to make
independent design decisions. A principal is not required to be an officer in a
corporation, partnership or firm.
(b) "Registrant" means a person licensed by
the Board as an architect, engineer or landscape architect.
(c) "Resident registered architect, engineer
or landscape architect" means an architect, engineer or landscape architect
registered in this state who is employed full-time for a minimum of thirty (30)
hours per week by a corporation, partnership or
firm.
