(1) For the purpose of enforcement of Section 7 (d) of the Act the Commissioner adopts the following as current good manufacturing practices:
(a) The regulations prescribing good
manufacturing practices for medicated feeds as published in the Code of Federal
Regulations, Title 21, Part 133, Sections 133. 100-133.110.
(b) The regulations prescribing good
manufacturing practices for medicated premixes as published in the Code of
Federal Regulations, Title 21, Part 133, Sections 133.200-133.210.
