(1) The following services are exempt from cost sharing:
(a)
Information and referral, outreach, benefits counseling, or case management
services.
(b) Ombudsman, elder
abuse prevention, legal assistance, or other consumer protection
services.
(c) Congregate and home
delivered meals.
