This rule applies to the application of or removal of any street sanding or deicing materials on the streets in the Rapid City zone. The Rapid City zone comprises the streets within the city limits of Rapid City bordered on the west and south by the city limits, on the north by the southern right-of-way boundary of Interstate 90, and on the east by the eastern right-of-way boundary of Highway 79.
