Section 74:36:08:128 - National emission standards for prepared feeds manufacturing area sources

The national emission standards for prepared feeds manufacturing area sources are those in 40 C.F.R. § 63, Subpart DDDDDDD (July 1, 2018). A source that operates a unit subject to Subpart DDDDDDD is exempt from the obligation to obtain a Part 70 operating permit if the source is not required to obtain a Part 70 operating permit for a reason other than the source is subject to Subpart DDDDDDD. Exempted sources must still meet the applicable requirements in Subpart DDDDDDD.
