Section 74:36:07:97 - Calculating Prevention of Significant Deterioration emissions for existing municipal solid waste landfills

When calculating Prevention of Significant Deterioration emissions for an existing municipal solid waste landfill, the owner or operator shall estimate the nonmethane organic compound emission rate for comparison to the Prevention of Significant Deterioration major source and significance levels in 40 C.F.R. §§ 51.166 or 52.21 (July 1, 2018) using EPAs AP-42, Fifth Edition, Compilation of Air Pollutant Emission Factors, Volume 1: Stationary Point and Area Sources (January 1995) or other approved measurement procedures.
