The individualized and mobile program of assertive community treatment team shall meet, at a minimum, two times per week, to review client contacts and client status, and to plan for responses to additional client needs as they arise. The clinical supervisor, or other staff designated by the clinical supervisor, shall lead such meetings, and keep a written log of meeting discussions, dates, and participants.
