For each setting where the agency provides services, there must be a health, safety, sanitation, and disaster plan that ensures the health and safety of the individuals served. The plan must include:

(1) Procedures for responding to medical emergencies;

(2) Procedures for responding to fire and natural disasters, including evacuation plans;

(3) Training and regularly scheduled drills for fire and natural disasters;

(4) Procedures for responding to communicable diseases; and

(5) Procedures to ensure sanitation of all settings where services are provided.
