Section 67:47:01:16 - Payment of benefits

The department shall pay child care service benefits directly to the provider within 15 working days following receipt of the completed forms required under § 67:47:01:15. The maximum amount paid is the difference between the actual allowable child care service costs and the amount the household is required to pay from its own funds.
