Section 67:46:15:01 - Qualifications for refugee assistance

Pursuant to the Refugee Act of 1980, Pub. L. No. 96-212 (March 17, 1980), assistance may be provided to individuals who have been granted asylum or have been admitted as refugees. United States citizens and their dependents who have been repatriated are excluded under the refugee assistance program for the first 90 days they are in this country.
