Podiatry services covered are limited to those surgical and nonsurgical podiatry procedures listed on the department's fee schedule website, unless excluded by § 67:16:07:04.

Podiatry services provided to a resident of a long-term care facility must be the result of a self-referral, a referral by a nurse who is employed by the facility, or a referral by the recipient's family, guardian, physician, or other licensed practitioner.
