Section 67:12:06:37 - Assistance to be terminated if required report form not received on time

If the department does not receive the required report form from the recipient by the date specified in § 67:12:06:34, the department shall terminate assistance and notify the recipient according to § 67:12:02:03.01. If the recipient notifies the department to reclaim a need for assistance and files a completed report within 10 days after the notice, assistance shall be reinstated subject to penalty, as specified in § 67:12:06:37.01, provided the recipient is still eligible.
