Section 67:10:09:08 - Finding of IPV - Notice - Begin disqualification period

If there is a finding of an IPV, the department shall send a written notice to the individual before the disqualification becomes effective. The notice shall inform the individual of the decision, the reason for the decision, the period of disqualification, and the amount of the assistance payment the unit will receive during the disqualification period.

The disqualification shall begin no later than the first day of the second month which follows the date of the notice of disqualification.
