A dealer may not advertise the sale of motor vehicles in a manner that conveys to the public that the vehicles are being offered for sale by the manufacturer or distributor of the vehicles. Advertisements by dealers may not contain the terms "factory sale," "wholesale price," or any similar terms which indicate sales other than retail sales.
