Section 61:08:09:54 - Requirements for construction of new boilers

Each new boiler shall conform to Section I, 2021 ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code. A record must be maintained by the owner of all materials used in the construction of any portion of the boiler that is under pressure. These records must include the type of welding rod and welding equipment used, the source of the boiler plate and rivets, and the thickness of the materials used.
