Section 61:08:09:14 - Requirements for hydrostatic pretest

Before placing the boiler under pressure for a hydrostatic test pursuant to §§ 61:08:09:25 to 61:08:09:28, inclusive, the inspector must determine that the boiler and accessories meet the requirements set forth in §§ 61:08:09:15 to 61:08:09:23, inclusive.
