The owner or operator of a portable boiler brought into the state of South Dakota temporarily shall notify the State Fire Marshal's Office of the expected arrival date, length of operation time, and the removal date as soon as this information has been ascertained.
For purposes of this section, the term, portable boiler, means an internally fired boiler that is primarily intended for a temporary location and is readily moved.
