An eligible employee may receive only one longevity payment each fiscal year. The longevity pay date for an employee who has continuous service is the date on which the employee's service equals a full year of service. The longevity payment shall be paid within the pay period for which the employee's annual year of service date occurs. The longevity pay date for an employee who has had a break in service is the date that the employee's prior service plus the current service equals a full year of service.
