The guest room or guest house may be used only by people from out of town who are without transportation or unable to get around in a normal manner while visiting residents and only if it would be a hardship for them to stay elsewhere. Use of the guest room or guest house is limited to three nights. The time period for use of the guest room or guest house may be extended by the superintendent. The superintendent may also authorize staff members to rent the guest house, in emergency situations or for recruiting purposes, for a period not to exceed 60 days.
