Chapter 50:01:03 - National guard museum
Section 50:01:03:01 - Definitions

(1) "Executive board," the adjutant general; assistant adjutant generals, army and air; the state headquarters G-1; and the chairman of the board of directors;

(2) "Board of directors," the board appointed by the adjutant general to administer and manage the state national guard museum and its annexes;

(3) "Adjutant general club," an individual or organization who contributes a minimum of $500;

(4) "Charter member," an individual member in perpetuity of the state national guard museum association;

(5) "Unit or individual membership," an individual membership or an organizational annual membership for units of the South Dakota national guard or civic, service, or other associations who are voted membership by the board of directors;

(6) "Contributor member," individual voted membership by the board of directors for their support to the museum; and

(7) "Quorum," a majority of the membership of the board of directors.
