The certificate of nomination for a legislative candidate with no primary opposition shall be in the following form:

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA

CERTIFICATE OF NOMINATION

THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT

having no opposition at the primary election is hereby nominated by the _________________ Party to the office of _______________________.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, We have hereunto set our hands and caused the Seal of the State to be affixed at Pierre, the Capital, this _____ day of ___________, 20____.
