The certificate of election for statewide offices shall be in the following form:
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA
CERTIFICATE OF ELECTION
THIS IS TO CERTIFY that on the _____ day of November, 20____, at a general election,
was elected by the qualified voters of the State of South Dakota to the office of ______________ for the term of _____ years, beginning on the _____ day of January, 20____.
IN WITNESS we have signed this certificate and affixed the Seal of the State at Pierre, the capital, this _____ day of _________, 20____.
