A party to the proceedings may file with the division a petition for review of the decision within seven days after the party is served with the findings and conclusions. The division may, in its discretion, either deny the petition or direct that a further hearing be held or additional evidence received. If a further hearing is held or additional evidence is received, the division may revise its findings, conclusions, or order in whole or in part. Notice of denial of a petition shall be given as provided in § 47:02:02:01.
