Any complaint against a certified interpreter shall be made in writing and include the full name and address of the complainant. The complaint shall outline the facts which clearly and accurately describe the nature of the complaint. A complaint must be sent by first class mail to the Division of Rehabilitation Services, c/o 500 E. Capitol, Pierre, SD 57501-9835.

The division may accept a complaint in an electronic format if it is readily accessible in a format that can be downloaded, printed, or otherwise maintained as a record for future reference.
