The temperature in any occupied space in the facility shall be maintained between 68 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit (20 and 26.7 degrees Celsius) during waking hours and not lower than 64 degrees Fahrenheit (17.8 degrees Celsius) during sleeping hours. A resident's room may be maintained outside the required range if desired by the resident.
