A detached structure or auxiliary building used for combustible storage or vehicle parking built adjacent to, but not directly attached to, a health care facility shall either be separated from the facility by a minimum distance of 20 feet or provided with two-hour fire rated separation, or equip the structure with a complete automatic sprinkler system.
