Drinking fountains, telephone booths, fire extinguisher cabinets, and vending machines shall be located so that they do not project into the required width of exit corridors. Handrails installed in corridors shall return to the wall at the ends. Handrails if installed shall be installed with the top 34 to 38 inches, inclusive, from the floor. Handrails shall be installed with one and one half inch spacing between the wall and the handrail.
