Each birth center shall be designated by a pertinent and distinctive name that shall be used in applying for a license. The name may not be changed without first notifying the department in writing. No birth center may be given a name or advertise in a way that implies services rendered are in excess of the classification for which it is licensed or which would indicate an ownership other than actual.
