Section 44:03:01:07.01 - Licensing of radiation producing devices for temporary use

Before any radiation machine is brought into the state for any temporary use, the person proposing to bring such machine into the state shall give written notice to the department at least ten working days before such machine is to be used in the state. A license is required and the person shall comply with the provisions of this chapter. The notice shall include:

(1) The type of radiation machine;

(2) The nature, duration, and scope of use; and

(3) The exact location or locations where the radiation machine is to be used.
