Fishing license fees are as follows:

(1) Resident fishing license, twenty-eight dollars;

(2) Resident senior fishing license, age sixty-five or over, twelve dollars;

(3) Nonresident fishing license, sixty-seven dollars;

(4) One-day fishing license, valid from 12:01 a.m. to 12:00 midnight, inclusive:

(a) Resident, eight dollars;

(b) Nonresident, sixteen dollars;

(5) Nonresident three-consecutive-days fishing license, thirty-seven dollars;

(6) Special paddlefish permit, twenty-five dollars;

(7) Resident hoop and trap net license, ten dollars; and

(8) Resident setline license, five dollars.
