Except as otherwise provided in this article, a person may not fish with more than two lines with more than three hooks per line. Artificial lures constitute one hook, regardless of the number of gang hooks attached. A bow and arrow, crossbow, spear, or speargun is to be counted as one line when anglers are using multiple methods of take.
