The archery elk hunting season is open from one-half hour before sunrise to one-half hour after sunset each day of the season. No more than 200 "any elk" licenses and 150 "antlerless elk" licenses may be issued for the archery elk hunting season. The archery elk hunting season for Units AAE-H1A, AAE-H2A, AAE-H3A, AAE-H4A, AAE-H5A, AAE-H7A, and AAE-H9A is open from September 1 through September 30.

Nonresident big game license -- Privileges and fee -- Violation as misdemeanor, SDCL 41- 6-20.
