The Waubay deer hunting season is open within the boundaries of the Waubay National Wildlife Refuge and the Waubay Lake State Game Refuge from one-half hour before sunrise to one-half hour after sunset daily as provided in § 41:06:36:02.02. No more than 75 one-tag deer licenses may be issued to residents.
