Lincoln County public water safety zones are as follows:

(1) Lake Alvin:

(a) The waters are a "no wake zone";

(b) The waters fronting on that portion of the shoreline of Lake Alvin Recreation Area from the center of the beach picnic shelter and extending approximately 150 feet westerly and approximately 200 feet easterly are a "public swimming zone";

(2) Lake Lakota:

(a) The waters are a "no wake zone";

(b) The waters fronting on that portion of the shoreline beginning at a point on the west side of the hard surface boat ramp and continuing westerly 400 feet are a "public swimming zone";

(3) The waters of Rollings Game Production Area are an "electric motors zone."
